Lolo Jones is an inspirational track star, who will compete in the London 2012 Olympics. It was amazing to watch her story during the Olympic trials this past weekend.  We are rooting for you Lolo!

John Schriffen is a new correspondent at ABC News and appeared this morning on Good Morning America. This is one more reason to get up early in the morning.  I can't think of a better way to start the day!

Exercise and fashion went hand in hand when I took my dog snowy for a walk this past weekend.
