The MAGIC tradeshow this past week in Las Vegas was a great opportunity to check out current and new clothing lines from all over the world.  One in particular that I loved was HalfBreed Clothing Co.

Flashback Fridays

As a little girl I dreamt of being in fashion.  As a big girl I am a fashion designer.  The crowd at the event for Oprah Winfrey's Leadership Academy could not have been more fashionable.  Oprah and Gayle were gorgeous, radiant and simply lovely!!!

Summer Sequins

Summer sequins are a must AND can be made casual as worn here a la Lara.  The nude and pink tones are feminine, yet not overpowering.  Magnificent!

LMFAO-Half Black, Half White Like Dominos

LMFAO's party rock song has been on my gym playlist for the past few months, and a line in the song just resonated and "clicked" with me when I watched a recent piece about the group on Nightline.  The zebra costumes and "half black half white like domino" tee shirts are a reference to the group's mixed race background. Sheer genius!  I can't wait for more music from my fellow domino clan!

Lolo Jones is a true star!!!

Lolo Jones is an inspirational track star, who will compete in the London 2012 Olympics. It was amazing to watch her story during the Olympic trials this past weekend.  We are rooting for you Lolo!
